Please join us on May 9^th at 12pm here at FPAA for a presentation with J.B. Shaw, Recycling Coordinator at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.  He will be discussing the Food Recovery Challenge, an EPA program that seeks to help organizations pledge to improve their sustainable food management practices and report their results.   The goal of the program is to reduce the environmental impact of food through its entire life cycle by following the Food Recovery Hierarchy.
